Texas Tech University, Lubbock

Texas Tech University in Lubbock has delayed the start of classes until 10 a.m. Wednesday (Oct. 28) due to winter weather. Classes scheduled to start before that time may be canceled or delivered online at the instructor’s discretion.

Texas Tech and Texas Tech University System employees should report at 9:30 a.m. or as directed by their supervisor.

Buses should begin running on a normal schedule at approximately 9 a.m.
